Support for resell users, operators, and App Store review.

This page is the public support URL for the resell web app and iOS companion app. It covers account help, connected providers, approvals, billing, security reports, and launch-review requirements.

Account and login

Create an account from the web app or iOS companion app. Use account settings to export data, delete account data, manage sessions, and confirm the email tied to your reseller workspace.

Connected providers

Marketplace, email, carrier, commerce, and social syncs require you to connect each provider with the right scopes. You can disconnect inside resell and revoke access directly with the provider.

Listings and approvals

Listing edits, buyer replies, price changes, portfolio posts, sync jobs, and automation dispatches are staged as approvals before external writes run.

Orders and fulfillment

Order emails, marketplace webhooks, carrier tracking, cancellations, returns, and manual sales all flow into the operating dashboard when the matching integration or parser is configured.

Billing

resell is paid only. Billing terms, plan limits, taxes, and cancellation details are shown at checkout or in the order form for your workspace.

Security reports

Report suspected account compromise, provider-token exposure, webhook abuse, automation misuse, or privacy issues through the production support channel configured for your deployment.

App Store preorder

Companion app submission checklist

  • Production API URL configured for web and iOS.
  • Privacy Policy, Terms, Security, and Support URLs submitted in App Store Connect.
  • Demo account available with realistic inventory, orders, approvals, messages, and notifications.
  • APNs key, Apple team, bundle ID, signing, screenshots, age rating, and preorder metadata configured.
  • Provider credentials and redirect URLs configured for each integration enabled during review.

What to include in a support request

Include your account email, affected provider, item SKU or order ID, approval ID when relevant, screenshots if safe to share, and the time the issue happened. Do not send passwords, raw tokens, backup codes, or full payment details.
